Litigation complaint received ad 15 mar 2023: patient was revised due to severe and debilitating pain and weakness; significant inhibitions of ability to walk or move; metallosis; elevated blood levels of chromium and cobalt; anxiety, fear, and mental anguish, emotional distress and for economic loss as well as punitive damages; painful and risky revision surgery and recuperation.Doi: (b)(6) 2008, doe: (b)(6) 2021, affected side: left hip.
