It was reported that an intraocular lens (iol) was loaded via balanced saline solution (bss) and as plunger rod advanced trailing haptic was stuck on and once inserted in the eye was twisted.The iol is in patient¿s eye.The iol was decentered post operatively since haptic was damaged.There was no incision enlargement, no vitrectomy, no sutures done.Daily activities not significantly affected.Post-op vision 20/30.Iol remains implanted.Patient fully recovered.No other information was provided.
