Philips has investigated this complaint.Customer reported that the system shut down during a case and not able to be powered back on.When service engineer contacted customer for onsite service, customer confirmed that they have gotten the system back up and running it was due to power outage. The philips engineer suggested onsite service, since the customer resolved the issue, the service has been cancelled and no service has been provided from the philips. At the time this complaint was received, philips did not have enough information to exclude a potential for serious injury and as such the complaint was reported.Since that time, new information has been received which has led to the determination that this is scenario is not likely to cause or contribute to death or serious injury if it were to recur.Based on the investigation results, this scenario includes situation in which the main hospital power supply is not functioning or there is localized power failure that is not caused by the allura device.Since the malfunction of an external power source would not be considered a device malfunction of the allura system, this event would not be reportable.Philips concludes that the complaint is not reportable. The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.Device problem code was corrected.
