Event Description
|
Information was received from a healthcare provider and a trial patient who was using an external neurostimulator (ens) for fecal incontinence, urge incontinence, urgency frequency.Their trial start date was (b)(6) 2023.It was reported that the patient was experiencing bleeding/hemorrhage.They were admitted to the hospital and per the doctor, the patient required surgical evacuation of hematoma at incision on (b)(6) 2023.The issue was resolved.On (b)(6) 2023, patient noted in the call how they "almost bleed to death" due to all the blood loss they had from the procedure on the 20th.
