Event Description
|
The customer reported that there is a system wide shut down every month where all hosts going into local for 3-5 minutes.The device was in use.There was no report of patient or user harm.

|
Logs have been pulled from multiple locations.This case was escalated to the national support specialist (nss) team.All centrals and servers lose connection to the server at the same time.Multiple fse¿s have been onsite to collaborate with the customer on this hybrid network; two hospitals have a philips supplied network and servers are customer supplied network.It was confirmed that this was not a planned or scheduled outage.The customers¿ servers were scheduled to back up once a month.Due to being a server issue, the customer was to fix the issue.The fse¿s gave them what they thought was the cause of the issue and they would have to take action to change on their end.The device was confirmed to be operating per specifications and no failure was identified.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
