The actual device was not available; however, the device was evaluated on site by a qualified baxter technician.During visual inspection, the flush valve (flva), chemical bypass valve (cbva) and filter valve (fiva) were observed to be aging.The reported condition was verified.The cause of the condition was due to aging parts.To rectify the issue the technician replaced the parts.Post replacement, self-tests were successfully performed.A service history review revealed no indication that the parts replaced during servicing caused or contributed to the reported event.Should additional relevant information become available, a supplemental report will be submitted.
