Philips has investigated this complaint.The philips field safety engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the storage issue because of ippc hard disk.Review of system log files shows that the malfunctioning frontal ippc.The engineer recreated the image storage, and the system was returned to use in good working order.Later, the issue occurred twice, and hard disk has been replaced once and image storage has been recreated in the other occurrence.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
