Event Description
Medtronic received information that during use of a dlp pediatric one-piece arterial cannula, it was reported that the introducer seemed longer than usual, the customer believes the introducer height is approximately 2 to 2.5mm longer than it was before.The device was used to complete the procedure.There was no adverse patient effect associated with this event.
 
Manufacturer Narrative

Event Description
Medtronic received additional information that there were no performance issues noted with the cannula.Cannula was used to complete the procedure with no adverse patient effect.
