It was reported that the programmer was unable to register stylus contact. troubleshooting steps were taken including replacing the stylus but the issue remained.It was also noted that the screen was unable to stay erect, the keyboard was broken and the cable compartment cover was missing. the programmer is expected to be returned for evaluation. there was no patient involvement.
