Event Description
|
It was reported that during cryo ablation of the right superior pulmonary vein (rspv), phrenic nerve capture was lost.The physician reported that it was likely due the dislodgement of the pacing catheter.The pacing catheter was repositioned which resolved the issue.A second ablation was performed and the phrenic nerve capture was lost again.A double stop was performed.The pacing catheter was repositioned, but the capture could not be found. the case was completed with cryo. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
