Event Description
It was reported that guidewire stuck occurred.An angiojet catheter was used for a thrombectomy procedure.However, while conducting the procedure, it was discovered that the guidewire became trapped by the catheter, resulting in blood leakage.The procedure was completed.There were no patient complications reported.
