Event Description
|
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, the patient lost phrenic nerve pacing during cryoablation of the right superior pulmonary vein (rspv).The case was aborted while the patient was under general anesthesia.It was further reported that the following day the patient had a "sniff test" and the diaphragm did not resolve. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
