Event Description
It was reported that on an unknown date, the ratcheting mechanism was not holding the spreader in the open position.No patient harm was indicated through the device failure.The event was reported by a distributor.This report involves one vertebral body spreader- angled.This is report 1 of 1 for (b)(4).
