This report is based on information provided by the local customer support team and has been investigated by the philips complaint handling team.Philips received a complaint on the efficia dfm100 defibrillator/monitor indicating that the monitor had a blurry screen.There was no reported patient involvement.Authorized service personnel (asp) evaluated the device onsite and it was determined that replugging the connecting line of the screen, resolved the issue.The device was returned to full functionality and remains at the customer's site.It has been concluded that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
