Event Description
Device report from synthes reports an event in norway as follows: it was reported that on (b)(6) 2023, the tip of the instrument broke after bending a 2.4 mm plate.The plate was already bent.This report involves unknown plates: trauma.This is report 1 of 1 for (b)(4).
 
Event Description
The initial complaint was reviewed, and the unk plates: trauma was found to be not reportable.After receipt of additional information, it was confirmed that there was no allegation against the plate.
