Event Description
The reporter indicated that a 12.6mm, vicm5 12.6, -2.25 diopter, implantable collamer lens was implanted into the patient's left eye (os) on (b)(6) 2022.The lens was exchanged with same length, slightly stronger lens on (b)(6) 2023 due to patient dissatisfaction of vision acuity.Problem resolved.Reportedly, ucva improved after exchange.
