It was reported that the burr fractured.The target lesion was located in a mildly calcified coronary artery.A 1.75mm rotablator was selected for rotational atherectomy.During the procedure, it was noted that the burr was fractured, but not completely broken into two pieces, so they just pulled it out directly.The device was completely removed from the body, and the procedure was completed with another of the same device.No complications were reported, and the patient was stable after the procedure.
