It was reported that one year and twenty-eight days post port placement, a fracture was allegedly presented in the silicone body of the catheter.It was further reported that its distal part was allegedly embolized into the vena cava.Reportedly, the intravascular foreign body was needed to be removed.The current status of the patient is unknown.
