|
According to the reporter, during laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal (tep) right inguinal procedure, while fixing the mesh with tacker, the device did not fire properly and tacker did not hold the mesh, the surgical time extended 30 minutes or more.A new device was used to resolve the issue.
