Based on the information available and the testing conducted, under work orders wo-08855412 and wo-08855418 the remote service engineers were able to instruct the biomed on how to retrieve the information needed.The biomed has no knowledge of an incident.The information is unclear as to what incident occurred, the type of complaint will remain product problem.If new information becomes available to change this, the change will be made, and a reassessment will occur.The engineer provided the analysis findings however we are unable to confirm the final disposition of the device because the customer only requested assistance in retrieving a patient's vital logs at the physician's request.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
