Event Description
During the index procedure one in.Pact av access balloon catheter was used to treat the in cannulation zone of the right arm.Approximately 5 months post procedure the patient suffered from right forearm arteriovenous fistula venous stenosis.The patient had high venous pressure with an enlarging arterial aneurysm in the right arm.The event was treated with a target lesion revascularization.The patient recovered.
