It was reported that brake malfunction occurred.The 99% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and severely calcified left anterior descending artery.A 1.50mm rotapro was selected for use.During the procedure, the wire was inserted into the patient, however, it was noted that the wire came out from the patient.The system was reassembled, and the wire was pulled out once, the kink was found and burr was passed outside the body, but there was resistance noted.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.No patient complications were reported.
