|
Medtronic received a report that after injecting the dmso, the patient went into cardiac arrest.After acls, the patient did not expire.The onyx and any accessories were prepared as indicated in the instructions for use (ifu).

Additional information received that the patient is alive; no further patient information is known at this time.The patient did not experience any symptoms related to the cardiac arrest.The patient was treated for cardiac arrestin the interventional room and was then recovered in the hospital.No treatment was administered.There were no other interventions given besides acls.The cause of the cardiac arrest was not determined.
