Philips received a complaint on the v60 ventilator indicating that the device produced a central processing unit (cpu) printed circuit board assembly (pcba) adc failure.The device was reported to be outside of use at the time of the reported problem.There was no patient harm reported.The customer informed the remote service engineer (rse) that while servicing the device, the error code was confirmed in the device event log.The cpu pcba adc failure was not duplicated after that, and the device cycled normally without alarming and there were no other malfunctions.The device diagnostic report (drpt) was requested, and it was confirmed that the event occurred on (b)(6) 2023.The rse advised the customer to perform an extended run and test.If the error could not be duplicated, then the customer was instructed to proceed with their servicing of the device.The customer acknowledged the information provided.A performance verification test (pvt) was performed, and the error did not reoccur.The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
