|
An 80-year-old male consumer reported that on (b)(6) 2023 he used band aid brand bandage waterblock flex all one size for wound care.The consumer alleged that on (b)(6) 2023, while trying to remove the product it tore his skin and pulled skin off.The consumer stated he was admitted to the hospital on (b)(6) 2023.He was given an unknown generic antibiotic for treatment and was discharged the next day on (b)(6) 2023.He is still experiencing symptoms but they have improved.
