Event Description
|
It was reported approximately eight days post implant of a leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) it was noted that the introducer was left in post implant.The patient was admitted to hospital and the introducer was removed. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
|
Upon further review it was noted that the tube left in the body was a nasogastric tube not the introducer or leadless ipg associated accessories.
