Event Description

Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system being used during a functional endoscopic sinus surgery (fess) procedure.It was reported that the emitter was not displaying on the grid and not showing up.The site also noted that they could not register.For troubleshooting, the system was restarted and re-registered but was unable to connect and use navigation.There was no impact on patient outcome and the issue caused a less than 1 hour delay.
