Event Description
It was reported that the console screen glitched during the procedure.The 90% target lesion was in the mildly tortuous proximal left anterior descending artery.A 1.50mm rotapro and a rotapro console were selected for use.During the last ablation, it was noted that the device started glitching and the numbers displayed were flashing on and off.An attempt to turn off the burr was made, but it would not turn off at first and then it turned off.The procedure was completed successfully with these rotapro and a rotapro console devices.There were no patient complications reported.
