Patient experienced minor scalp burn and blistering following focused ultrasound treatment.

All treatment parameters were within specifications, treatment flow was as expected, no malfunction in the device was found and no new risks were recognized.The physician assessed that this event will be transient.
 
Event Description
The patient underwent essential tremor treatment.During treatment the patient complained of a burning sensation on the right side of the head/scalp.The minor blistering was visible outside of the treatment area.
