Event Description
An endurant iis stent graft system was implanted during the endovascular treatment of a 60mm aaa.It was reported that during the index procedure while implanting etlw1616c124ej, after successful deployment of the stent graft , it was noted that the slider trigger of the delivery system could not be pulled during removal from the patient.The delivery system was removed while the trigger was not docking.There were no issues noted to the device packaging or defects/damage to the trigger prior to use.No cause was provided.No additional sequelae were reported and the patients is fine.
