Philips has investigated this complaint.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the system shut down on its own.Analysis of the system log file showed that there was an error in the image processor.During troubleshooting, the fse identified that the l2 circuit breaker was tripped in m-cabinet and the fuse f-23 was blown, so that there was no power to the image processor pc (ippc).The fse replaced the ip-pc.The analysis confirmed the malfunction of the ippc and identified that the power supply of the ippc was defective.Following the replacement of the ippc, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
