Philips received a complaint from the customer, reporting that the v60 ventilator had a startup error.There was no patient involvement when the issue occurred.No patient or user harm reported.Investigation is ongoing.

H10: a philips service engineer (pse) evaluated the device, and reported that the device had an error, and that the alarm light was faulty.The pse restarted the device, and the problem persisted after reconnecting the alarm light switch.The se noted that the power switch overlay was replaced to resolve the issue.The device was returned to service.
