Event Description
The field sales associate (fsa) reported the following: on (b)(6) 2019, this patient underwent an endovascular repair for an infrarenal aortic aneurysm, and an iliac aortic aneurysm treated with a gore® excluder® iliac branch endoprosthesis.It was reported that the gore® excluder® iliac branch endoprosthesis, internal iliac limb device thrombosed.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
Additional investigation determined no product problem or deficiency caused or contributed to an adverse event/incident for the patient; the initial medwatch report submitted under manufacturer report number 3013164176-2023-01918 was submitted in error and is hereby retracted.
