Event Description
It was reported that the burr became stuck in the lesion and additional intervention was required.A 1.75 mm rotapro was selected for use.During the procedure, a stall occurred and the burr became stuck in the lesion.The device was cut, the drive shaft sheath was removed and pulled out with the guide extension catheter.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.There was no patient injury reported.
