Event Description
It was reported that the patient was implanted with an asr resurfacing on (b)(6) 2009, this was then revised to asr xl on (b)(6) 2010, due to femur fracture.The later was revised on (b)(6) 2020.Doi: (b)(6) 2009; dor: (b)(6) 2020; left hip.
