Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer has reported that the transmitter does not charge and led did not blinks.Troubleshooting was performed and the issue was not resolved.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue to use the device and the transmitter will be returned for analysis.
