This report is based on information provided by philips remote service engineer (rse) and has been investigated by the philips complaint handling team.Philips received a complaint on the dfm100 device indicating the power management error, device disabled.The fse evaluated the device remotely and made an allegation of the possibility of a resistor failure.Multiple attempts were made to request information regarding the resolution of the reported problem.No response was received, so no information is available.This will be documented as a malfunction, the cause of which was not determined.The device remains at the customer site and no further evaluation is warranted at this time.Based on the information available and the testing conducted, the cause of the reported problem could not be determined.The reported problem was not confirmed.It has been concluded that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.H3 other text : remote support provided.
