It was reported that the following issue was observed on the device: "won't turn on." additional notes provided by the facility¿s clinical engineering support services include: "i verified that the unit would not turn on.I replaced the power cord with a new one, and that fixed the issue.I am running the unit through a battery recondition just to make sure there are no other power issues.The backup speaker on the unit was dead, so i replaced it with a new one as well." reported problem cause description: "mechanical - electrical." there was no reported patient involvement.Although additional information and product return have been previously requested, the customer provided a general statement that ¿no further information will be provided, including patient demographics and no products will be returned.¿.
