Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging system being used outside of a procedure.It was reported that the system was running slow and 3d was not displayed.It was also noted that the 3d exposure was interrupted. there was no patient involvement.

Event Description
Additional information was received.It was reported that the mobile viewing station (mvs) incident logs were checked during site servicing and it showed that the operator released the hand switch early.The incident did not occur again after instructions on early release were provided to the operator.
