On 01-dec-2023 a spontaneous report from the united states was received via email regarding female (age not provided) who used a thermacare menstrual 8hr heat wrap.On an unspecified date, the consumer topically applied a thermacare menstrual 8hr heat wrap for an unspecified indication.Within 7 hours of application of the heat wrap, the consumer was burned.When she wore any type of pants/underwear she became uncomfortable.She noted it looked like it could scar.No additional information was provided.
