Philips has investigated this complaint.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the that the device's flex vision computer was not booting.Upon troubleshooting, the fse confirmed that the flex vision pc¿s not turning on automatically by network.Fse replaced the switch pc q35 without frame grabber, coa (flex vision pc).After replacing the switch pc, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
