Philips has investigated this complaint.According to the additional information collected, the procedure got delayed.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the system wouldn't make an x-ray.Upon troubleshooting, fse found that the issue was due to defective ippc.To resolve the issue, fse replaced ippc, hard drives, loaded software and returned ippc to philips for further analysis.The analysis confirmed the malfunction of the ippc due to failed pci (peripheral connect interface).Following the replacement of ippc, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
