Event Description
|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported that the transmitter cannot be charged properly.Troubleshooting was performed and found that there was no led light on charger.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue using the device.The transmitter will not be returned for analysis.
