Philips has investigated this complaint. The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the system was taking longer than usual to start up.A review of the system log file did not confirm the reported problem.Upon functional testing, the fse found that the operation of dimm memory modules was not correct and upon checking the same on the system it showed failure in the memory module. To resolve the issue, the fse verified the image processing & host test on fsf deleted about 200 patient folders with empty image data and updated the software version of the computer. After this, the system returned to use in good working order.
