After further troubleshooting, in accordance with the service manual, the field service engineer (fse) replicated the symptoms by conducting the pre-operational test.Although no errors were visible on the unit screen, an error with the code associated with proximal pressure sensor auto zero failed message was detected in the log.The fse replaced the data acquisition pcba board to resolve the reported issue. The device passed required performance verification tests per philips standards and was returned to service. The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received the complaint file will be reopened.
