|
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer reported the transmitter did not blink when disconnected from the charger.Troubleshooting was performed and the issue could not be resolved.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will discontinue to use the device.The device will be returned for product analysis.
