Philips received a complaint by the biomedical engineer (bme) on the v60 indicating that the device was recently repaired at bench (captured in another record) and now is experiencing a flickering display, and as a result the touchscreen is not clear. It was reported the issue ws identified in clinical use, however that there was no patient/user harm or injury. The device was removed from service. The bme requested an onsite evaluation of the device. An authorized service provider (asp) went onsite and checked the cpu pcba and power management (pm) pcba connection for bent pins and found that the pins were working as intended. They did observe wires to pin connector coming out of "light white connector" from lcd cable to power management board.Cable is bad and needs to be replaced.Investigation is ongoing.

Manufacturer Narrative
H10: the authorized service personnel replaced the cable and verified that the issue was resolved. The device passed the required performance verification tests per philips standard and was returned to service. The investigation concludes that no further action is required at this time.If additional information is received, the complaint file will be reopened.
