Event Description
|
It was reported that nine day post implant, the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) exhibited rapid battery depletion.The device is still in use.It was reported that the left ventricular (lv) lead exhibited high threshold and high impedance which caused phrenic nerve stimulation.Reprogramming was performed.The lead is still in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
