Philips received a complaint from the customer, reporting that the v60 ventilator had a pressure sensor failure.There was no patient involvement when the issue occurred.No patient or user harm reported.A field service engineer (fse) evaluated the device, and reported that the event log was reviewed, and noticed seven occurrences of error code 110b ((cbit) check vent: proximal pressure sensor auto zero failed).The fse then removed the gas delivery system (gds) from the device, and notice that six of the solenoid pins were not seated into the data acquisition (da) board; it was also noted that the pins were bent.The fse reported that they replaced all solenoid valves, and also ran a performance verification test (pvt).The device passed all testing and returned to the customer for full use.
