Event Description
It was reported that the patient with this recently implanted cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) recorded a syncopal episode.Also, there was some atrial fibrillation under sensing.The crt-p remains in service.The patient was admitted, and they will page back if they require in person interrogation.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
